Different European organizers of publishing events discuss for some time about the best ways to optimize conversations and communication about innovations in the publishing industry.
An important effect of such exchanges has been the co-organization of the Digital Publishing Summit 2020 and Readmagine 2020 by EDRLab, FGSR, IPDA and FANDE. Initially planned in Madrid, the conference ended up being a free online event with 600 registered people.
On October 13th 2020, a team led by our German friend Rüdiger Wischenbart is organizing “Reboot: Books, Business, and Reading“, a new online conference focusing on exploring and debating post-pandemic publishing strategies.
